Londoner Araz has over 10 years of experience in the online media and marketing world. In 2000 he founded an online electronics retailer, then during many years at Yahoo he played an integral role in developing, launching and distributing the world's first multi-million pound mobile sponsored search engine (now part of Yahoo's OneSearch and Go products), and Yahoo's new mobile advertiser platform. Working with countless blue chips and SME's in the process. He was also part of the senior management team that launched an Internet social gaming start up, raising a £3m investment from Virgin, and bringing the product to market in the UK. Araz has worked in Product, Business Development and Marketing capacities as well as creating and directing an Internet broadcast soccer punditry show.

Originally from Stratham, NH Paul graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Television-Radio-Film. He has also completed an MA in Media Production at London Metropolitan University, UK.
Paul now has over 8 years experience as a videographer and editor. Recently he's worked as an Associate Producer at an independent video production company and helped launch an Internet broadcast program. He has also worked with major television networks such as Discovery, TLC, the Travel Channel, and A&E amongst others, and frequently does freelance projects.
